Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a method for refining crystalline grains on the surface layer of a GH80A high-temperature alloy part. The method includes the following steps that the part is put in a vacuum furnace to be subjected to first annealing; then the surface, needing crystalline grain refining, of the part obtained after first annealing is subjected to shot blasting; and finally the part obtainedafter shot blasting is put in the vacuum furnace to be subjected to second annealing. Coarse grains on the surface of the part are refined, the mechanical performance, the intergranular corrosion performance and the welding performance of the part are improved, the comprehensive performance of the part is improved, and the service life of the part is prolonged. The coarse grains on the surface can be refined through annealing, shot blasting and re-annealing, a complex technological method is avoided, the process is simple, the operating difficulty is reduced, and meanwhile the cost is also reduced.
