Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a preparation of an aqueous polyurethane modified montmorillonite nanocomposite emulsion, which belongs to the field of an organic-inorganic nanocomposite emulsion. The preparation firstly uses acid chloride to modify the montmorillonite by acid hydrolysis, and the addition of hydrochloric acid makes an organic amine sulfonate modifier easier to enter between the sheets, then an anionic modifier organic amine sulfonate is added, and spacing between the montmorillonite layers can be effectively opened; a reactive amino group is existed in the anionic modifier, the reaction of the amino group and isocyanate is used to enhance interaction with an aqueous polyurethane matrix, and the aqueous polyurethane modified montmorillonite nanocomposite emulsion is prepared.
