Zusammenfassung:The invention provides a method for synthesizing a benzenesulfonamide compound by using a benzenesulfonyl chloride compound and secondary amine through metal-free catalysis. The method comprises the following steps: taking the benzenesulfonamide compound and secondary amine as substrates under the air condition, taking an iodine-containing compound as a catalyst, taking tert-butyl hydroperoxide asan oxidant, and carrying out S-N bond coupling reaction in a solvent to generate the benzenesulfonamide compound. The catalyst used in the method is simple and easily available and is stable in air,simple to recycle and free of pollution; the method has broad application prospects in pharmaceutical synthesis and industrial production. 种苯磺酰氯类化合物与二级胺无金属催化合成苯磺酰胺类化合物的方法,该方法是在空气环境下,以苯磺酰氯类化合物与二级胺为底物,含碘化合物作为催化剂,叔丁基过氧化氢为氧化剂,在溶剂中发生S-N键偶联反应,生成苯磺酰胺类化合物。本方法所使用的催化剂简单易得,在空气中稳定,回收简单且无污染,本发明在药物合成及工业生产中都具有广阔的应用前景。
