Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a tumor vaccine based on a nano-graphene oxide-Al(OH)3/antigen composite and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method includes: 1) adding nano-graphene oxide and Al2(SO4)3 to water, stirring the mixture, regulating pH to 7-8, performing a reaction, centrifuging a product, collecting a solid and drying the solid to obtain Al(OH)3 modified nano-graphene oxide; 2)adding the Al(OH)3 modified nano-graphene oxide and antigen protein to a phosphate buffer liquid, pH being 7.4, performing incubation and centrifugation, collecting a solid, and freeze-drying the solid to obtain the tumor vaccine based on the nano-graphene oxide-Al(OH)3/antigen composite. The preparation method is simple. The tumor vaccine has high antigen protein loading capacity.
