The invention discloses a husking device and system for green camellia fruits. The husking system comprises a feeding system and the husking device. The feeding system comprises a feeding opening, a thin-wall barrel and a piston connecting rod mechanism, and the husking device comprises an elastic limiting sheet, a husking cutter, a pressing spring mechanism and a thimble. The feeding opening is mounted over the thin-wall barrel, and is circularly and fixedly connected with the thin-wall barrel, the piston connecting rod mechanism is mounted in the thin-wall barrel, and the diameter of a piston is matched with the inner diameter of the barrel. When the piston is in the maximum stroke, the fresh camellia fruits are pushed into the husking system. The husking cutter is mounted at the end ofthe thin-wall barrel, the pressing spring mechanism is mounted in the middle of the husking cutter in the vertical direction and connected by means of a pin, and the thimble is mounted at the end of the thin-wall barrel, dire
