The process comprises the following steps: picking up fresh large-leaf variety Pu'er tea leaves produced in Yunnan Menghai, Yunnan Lincang, Yunnan Mengla and Yunnan Lancang, separately subjecting the fresh Pu'er tea leaves produced in different places to spreading and airing, fixation, rolling, deblocking, airing anddrying in the sun, fermentation, drying, grading and storing, and uniformly mixing different grades of Pu'er tea leaves which are produced in Yunnan Menghai, Yunnan Lincang, Yunnan Mengla and YunnanLancang and are stored for different years according to a mass ratio of (4-10):(2-5):(3-6):(1-4).
