Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses an artificial inoculation technology of gray leaf spots of tomatoes and a disease resistance material screening method. The technology comprises tomato gray leaf spot inoculation technology research and disease resistance evaluation of main cultivars and breeding test materials of tomatoes. A research result shows that a moist spraying inoculation method is the most propermethod of artificial inoculation, and is simple, feasible and obvious in anti-infection difference; the tomato seedlings at the age of seedling of 6-8 leaf stages are in the best inoculation period, the inoculation concentration is 5*104/ml and the anti-infection effects are the best after 48h of moisture preservation.
