The method comprises the following steps: cutting the gesneriaceae plant mature tissue dipped with the rooted water into the substrate, and culturing for 15-30 days; after the cutting, pouring a growth regulator water solution to the substrate each 5-9 d, wherein the effective components of the growth regulator water solution comprise a blue powder disinfectant and a rooting powder. By utilizing the method disclosed by the invention, after the cutting culture is carriedout for 25-30 days, the rooting rate is 90%-100%, the germination rate of the adventitious buds is 100%, and the rooting rate and the adventitious bud germination rate of the gesneriaceae plant explant can be greatly improved, and the cost for large-scale production of the gesneriaceae plants is reduced.
