Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a high-rigidity insulating cable for a spacecraft mechanism, which is composed of a steel wire rope core assembly and an XETFE insulating layer coated on the surface of the steel wire rope core assembly, wherein the steel wire rope core assembly is composed of a plurality of steel wire rope cores. The thickness of XETFE insulation layer is 0.1 mm-0.15 mm. The rope of the invention can realize the high rigidity and insulation of the rope in the spacecraft mechanism, meanwhile, the XETFE material has the radiation resistance property, and the rope can be used in the spaceenvironment for a long time without aging, so that the reliability of the rope is ensured.
