The method determines the component model set and constraint condition set which need to be simulated; by simplifying the model construction with the hierarchical detail algorithm, a simplified model is verified according to the constraint conditions of the assembly and the unit body is reconstructed by adjusting the displacement of the model; according to the spatial layout constraints, model construction simplification rules, component combination constraints, component layout error thresholds, motion planning path, the spatial simulation layout simulation is carried out.
