Zusammenfassung:The invention discloses a method for identifying key control points in the Longjing tea machine-making process based on leaf temperature monitoring. The method comprises the following steps that S1, aK-type thermocouple temperature detection probe is installed at the place which can directly make contact with the leaf surfaces of tea leaves but does not make contact with heat sources such as thepot wall; S2, the water content of the tea leaves is detected while the change of the leaf temperature is monitored; S3, the relation between the change of the leaf temperature and the pressure is analyzed; and S4, the relation between the change of the leaf temperature and the stir-frying time is analyzed.
