Zusammenfassung:The invention belongs to the field of radar wave absorbing materials, and particularly discloses a high-temperature-resistant ceramic wave absorbing material and a preparation method thereof. The high-temperature-resistant ceramic wave absorbing material is prepared by taking a silicate inorganic binding agent as a continuous phase substrate, nickel-based high-temperature alloy powder, SiC powderand conductive carbon black as a dispersing phase, and performing low-temperature curing and high-temperature sintering. When the high-temperature-resistant ceramic wave absorbing material disclosed by the invention is 1 mm, the radar wave plate reflectivity of the high-temperature-resistant ceramic wave absorbing material is lower than -6dB at the frequency band of 12.5 to 18 GHz, and very high efficient wave absorbing characteristic is shown.
