The three-dimensional pleated graphene heat-dissipating slurry is prepared according to the following steps: enabling thin graphene to form porous graphene aggregate by using a solvent, heating the porous graphene aggregate, rapidly cooling the aggregate after completion of heating to obtain a three-dimensional pleated graphene block, crushing the three-dimensional pleated graphene block to obtain three-dimensional pleatedgraphene, and compounding the three-dimensional pleated graphene with a monomer of a polymer to obtain the heat-dissipating slurry.
