Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a preparation method of 8-benzyloxy-5-(R-2-bromo-1-hydroxyethyl)-1H-quinoline-2-one; in particular, with 8-benzyloxy-5-(2-bromoacetyl)-2-hydroxyquinoline being a raw materialand [Ru(II)-(phosphine ligand)(diamine)] being a chiral ligand catalyst, the 8-benzyloxy-5-(R-2-bromo-1-hydroxyethyl)-1H-quinoline-2-one is synthesized high-effectively through catalytic hydrogenation. The preparation method is high in yield and chiral purity, is low in cost, is environment-friendly, is easy to carry and is suitable for industrialization.
