The invention provides an energy dissipating and gas guiding device of a fluid conveying system. The device comprises an energy dissipating part and a gas guiding part. The energy dissipating part isof a container structure opened upward and comprises an upper opening, a container body and a container bottom. The upper opening is positioned outside a fluid in a second fluid unit and is seamlesslyconnected to the other end of a conveying vertical pipe of the fluid conveying system; a plurality of flow outlets for allowing a plurality of fluids to flow out are uniformly formed in the lower side of the container body; the gas guiding part comprise a main gas guiding pipe and a main exhaust valve arranged on the main gas guiding pipe, the first end of the main gas guide pipe is located in the conveying vertical pipe in a way that the upper opening is opposite in a near distance and the tail end stretches from the conveying vertical tube and is located on the upper side of the fluid in the second fluid unit.
