Tank wallboards adopts a reversal construction technology, and the installation method is characterized in that the method includes the following steps: a, performing a preparation work before wallboard installation; b, installing tank top wallboards; c, installing and lifting the wallboards on the second layer of a tank; and d, installing other wallboards on each layer of the tank. The characteristics of the method are that the wallboard welding under high temperature, high humidity and blown sand environments has longer stress release time than usual welding.
