A desulfuration adsorbent for chemical engineering waste liquid is disclosed. The adsorbent includes following raw materials by weight: 30-50 parts of an activated carbon carrier, 1-5 parts of bariumacetate, 5-13 parts of dimethylethanolamine, 7-15 parts of a tungstic acid solution, 2-8 parts of a soluble salt that is aluminum nitrate, 20-40 parts of modified sepiolite powder, 15-30 parts of modified rectorite powder, 2-10 parts of a solution of a soluble silver salt, 10-20 parts of a quaternary ammonium salt tetramer surfactant and 25-45 parts of a toluene solvent.
