Antenna beam search method and device

The invention provides an antenna beam search method and device. The method is characterized in that a base station sends downlink signals to a terminal to be assessed through an antenna beam; and thebase station receives signal intensity of each downlink signal fed back by the terminal, and serves service beams that meet preset conditions as work beams for terminal access. According to the method, the downlink signals are sent through the service beams in different directions of different array antennas, thereby avoiding huge time spent in traversing all service beams, greatly reducing timerequired in the search process, reducing service amount required in system processing, improving work efficiency and improving user experience. 本发明提供了种天线波束搜索方法和装置，基站通过天线波束将下行信号发送给带接入的终端；基站接收终端反馈的各下行信号的信号强度，并将满足预设条件的业务波束作为终端接入的工作波束。通过本发明的实施，通过不同的阵列天线的不同方向的业务波束，发送下行信号，避免了遍历所有业务波束所需耗费的巨大的时间，大大减小了搜索过程所需的时长，且减小了系统处理所需的业务量，提高了工作效率，提升了用户体验。
