Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a method for quickly detecting contents of three components in lignocellulose of large phaeophyta based on near-infrared spectrum, and belongs to the field of biomass detection of algae. The method comprises the following steps of (1) collecting and pretreating a large phaeophyta sample; (2) collecting the near-infrared spectrum data of the large phaeophyta sample; (3) measuring the contents of three components in the lignocellulose of the large phaeophyta sample by a wet chemical analysis method; (4) establishing and verifying a near-infrared quick detection model; (5) applying the near-infrared quick detection model. The method has the advantages that the contents of three components in the lignocellulose of the large phaeophyta can be quickly and accurately measured, and the high-flux requirement in the actual production detection is met; compared with the existing lignocellulose chemical analysis method, the operation is simple and convenient, the green andenvironment-friendly eff
