The method comprises the following steps of collecting the hyperspectral information of an acid detergent fiber and a neutral detergent fiber in a tea tree stem; testing a stem shearing force, and acid detergent fiber and neutral detergent fiber contents, and establishing a relation model between the stem shearing force, and acid detergent fiber and neutral detergent fiber contents; preprocessing spectral data and establishing a relation modelbetween the acid detergent fiber and neutral detergent fiber contents and spectral information; and acquiring a relation model between the stem shearing force and the spectral information.
