A flat plate is fixedly arranged on the top of the outer barrel and is provided with an installing hole, a fixed barrel is fixedly arranged in the installing hole, a flame sheet is suspended in the fixed barrel, a swing hammer is fixedly arranged at the bottom of the flame sheet, an inclined LED lamp and an inclined lens are fixedly arranged on one side of the flame sheet, the lens is located above the LED lamp, a power source control plate is fixedly arranged at the bottom of the fixed barrel, and a battery set is fixedly arranged at the bottom of the outer barrel; and the fixed barrel is internally provided with an electromagneticcoil located in one side of the flame sheet, the axis of the electromagnetic coil is horizontally arranged, and the electromagnetic coil is opposite to the swing hammer.
