The invention provides a paint spraying device for the ground, and the device comprises a paint storage barrel, a pedestal box body, a hollow paint spraying straight rod, a motor, and a paint pressingair cylinder. The motor is fixed in the pedestal box body, and the paint pressing air cylinder is fixed on the upper end face of the paint storage barrel, wherein a piston rod of the paint pressing air cylinder stretches into the inner cavity of the paint storage barrel. The interior of the inner cavity of the paint storage barrel is provided with a paint pressing plate which enables the inner cavity of the paint storage barrel to be divided into a gas cavity and a paint cavity.
