Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a method for removing fluorine in a wet-method zinc smelting process. The method comprises the following steps: enabling a perchloric acid zinc sulfate solution and an aluminumplate or aluminum chippings to have chemical reaction, and removing the generated aluminum fluoride precipitates from a solution, so that the content of fluorine ions in the perchloric acid zinc sulfate solution can be reduced. According to the method, the fluorine ions in the perchloric acid zinc sulfate solution can be removed by adopting the aluminum plate or aluminum chippings, no special impurity removal process and device are not added, no novel chemicals and auxiliary materials are needed, the process is simple, the investment cost is low, the fluorine removal effect is good, the zincmetal loss caused by adding the impurity removal process can be effectively avoided, and the zinc electrodeposition can be continuously and normally performed.
