The desulfurizing agent is prepared from the following components in parts by mass: 22 to 25 parts of silicon dioxide micropowder, 2to 8 parts of synergist, 5 to 10 parts of sodium sulfite, 2 to 5 parts of antioxidant, 21 to 23 parts of hydrated lime, 13 to 20 parts of propylene diamine, 2 to 8 parts of scale inhibitor, 3 to 6 parts of activator, 11 to 15 parts of ammonium benzoate, 13 to 20 parts of ethylenediamine tetraacetic acid sodium, 18 to 30 parts of methyl diethanolamine, and 2 to 4 parts of sodium benzoate.
