The protective coatingcomprises raw materials: bisphenol A epoxy resin, polyester polyol resin, lithium silicate, silicon dioxide, alumina sol, chromium hemitrioxide, pigment, a dispersing agent, a catalyst, a flatting agent and deionized water. The preparation steps as follows: adding the protective coating, polyester polyol resin, lithium silicate, alumina sol, chromium hemitrioxide powder and pigment to a reactor, mixing and uniformly stirring, and placing for 8-10min to obtain a mixed component A; adding residual raw materials into the mixed component A and stirring for 5min under the condition of 2000r/min.
