The novel fixing device comprises a base and a supporting table, the base is arranged in front of the supporting table, a chair seat placing table and a chair seat fixing table are sequentially and fixedly arranged on the base from the front to the back, and a horizontal cross beam is fixed at the position, right above the chair seat fixing table, of the front side of the supporting table; a backrest support fixing table is arranged above the cross beam, the supporting table is provided with a pressing block which moves up and down above the upper part of the backrest support fixing table, and the pressing block is driven through a tight pressing air cylinder; and a pair of transverse positioning blocks are arranged in front of the two sides of the supporting table, and the transverse positioning blocks are fixed to the supporting table through transverse adjusting supporting rods.
