Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a device for detecting steel wire zinc scars on line. A steel wire threading hole is in the center, and an abrasion-resisting sleeve is inlaid in a detecting sliding block. An adjusting screw, a spring, a steel ball, a proximity switch and a plastic sleeve are mounted in a circular support, and a fixing supporting seat is connected to the bottom of the edge of the circular support. The steel ball is fixed to the sliding block with a groove R. A steel wire penetrates through an abrasion-resisting hole, and when provided with the zinc scars, the steel wire is pulled out from the circular support in the mode that the sliding block of the groove R is clamped by the steel ball. Clamping force of the steel ball on the sliding block is controlled by the adjusting screw, theproximity switch senses that the sliding block is pulled out and then transmits a stopping signal to a wire drawing machine, and the wire drawing machine stops rotating. The zinc scars are quickly and accurately detected on |
