Zusammenfassung: | The invention belongs to the technical field of preparation of brown sugar ginger tea, and particularly relates to a preparation method of a brown sugar ginger tea. The method comprises: (1) materialpreparing: weighing 85-95 parts of brown sugar, 3-6 parts of ginger powder, 2-5 parts of black tea powder, and 0.1-0.4 part of sucralose, and respectively screening; (2) material mixing: mixing the weighed ingredients, and spraying water while stirring; (3) block pressing: carrying out molding block pressing on the mixed materials by using a sugar cube molding machine, wherein the block making speed is 30/min, and the pressure is 8.5-10.5 MPa; (4) drying: spreading the pressured squares onto a baking tray, and baking for 4.5-5.5 h at a temperature of 45-50 DEG C while periodically turning overthe squares; (5) cooling: cooling the baked sugar cubes at a room temperature; and (6) packaging: packaging the prepared sugar cubes.
