The invention relates to an electromagnetic shielding case with a shock absorption function, which comprises a case shell, external components, a working door, a maintenance door and shock absorptionassemblies, wherein the shock absorption assemblies are fixedly connected with the case shell; the maintenance door and the external components are installed on the case shell; the working door is connected with the case shell through hinges, and the working door is closed and locked through a door lock catch; the contact surface, which is contacted with the case shell, of the maintenance door isprocessed into a conductive layer, and the conductive layer is adhered with metal sawtooth reeds by a conductive adhesive; the contact surface, which is contacted with the case shell, of each externalcomponent is processed into a conductive layer, and the conductive layer is adhered with metal sawtooth reeds by the conductive adhesive; and the case shell is provided with first grooves, the working door is provided with sec
