The device comprises a switching power source, a voltage regulation module and a sampling module; a first output end isconnected with the voltage regulation module and the sampling module, and the sampling module is connected with a voltage collection end of the switching power source and a second output end of the voltage regulation module; the voltage regulation module regulates the voltage of the second output end according to the actual output voltage of the first output end, the voltage required by an electricity device and parameters of the sampling module; and the switching power source collects a reference voltage from the sampling module through the voltage collection end and regulates the first output end to out a voltage meeting the required voltage of the electricity device according to the reference voltage and a preset reference voltage.
