Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a method for identifying an operating state of a user's electrical appliance with consideration of discrete total power consumption data. The method comprises: establishing anactive power meter for a stable working state of a user's electrical appliance; carrying out fitting by using collected discrete total active power data of the user and discrete total power consumption data to obtain a total active power curve of power consumption of the user; and on the basis of an integer programming method and the total active power curve of power consumption of the user, identifying the operating state of the user's electrical appliance. According to the invention, the on-off frequency and on-off time of the user's electrical appliance are identified by using the discretetotal active power data and the discrete total power consumption data, collected by an intelligent electric meter, of the user.
