Zusammenfassung: | The invention provides a method for error correction of Illumina high-throughput sequence data. The method comprises the following steps: 1, performing semiconductor sequencing on Illumina sequencingsamples at the same time, that is to say, the sequencing results of sample Illumina are obtained as well as the semiconductor sequencing results of sample Illumina; 2, determining that position of each sequencing read in the reference genome by sequence alignment according to the Illumina sequencing result and the semiconductor sequencing result; 3, analyzing the sequencing results of the same position. The invention provides the method for error correction of Illumina high-throughput sequence data to aim at the problem.
