Zusammenfassung: | Disclosed is a circulating foam material liquid cooling device for a high-power illumination DMD chip. The circulating foam material liquid cooling device includes a DMD boss and a mesh. A chamber isarranged inside the DMD boss. A medium with high thermal conductivity is arranged in the chamber. A cooling structure is arranged on one side of the mesh. The cooling structure includes a cooling cavity and a liquid valve and a cooling water pipe that are arranged on one side of the cooling cavity. Two ends of the cooling water pipe are connected to the cooling cavity. The cooling water pipe is equipped with heat dissipation fins in a penetrating manner. A cooling liquid with high thermal conductivity is added into the liquid valve and flows through the mesh to wet a foam plate, the wetted foam plate takes away heat of the DMD boss, and the cooling liquid flows through the foam plate to take away heat of the foam plate.
