The test device comprises a processor module and an alternating-current voltage output adjustment module. The processor module is provided with a first communication port in communication connection with an upper computer and a second communication port in communication connection with an on-the-spot module. The alternating-current voltage output adjustment module is provided with a voltage analog output port and a voltage analog input port that are in power supply connection with the on-the-spot module. The processor module is in control connection with the alternating-current voltage output adjustment module to control the voltage-dividing adjustable resistance inside the alternating-current voltage output adjustment module according to an alternating-current voltage output target value so as to adjust the output voltage of the voltage analog output port of the alternating-current voltage output adjustment module.
