Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a method for measuring electrical conductivity of a hot rolled wire rod for copper-clad steel. The method comprises the measuring steps of: 1) carrying out sampling and preparing a sample, wherein the sample is intercepted, a contact portion of the sample and a measuring lead wire is processed into a shiny platform surface, and the diameter(D) and length (L) of the sampleare measured; 2) placing the sample into an electronic thermostatic chamber for thermal insulation for not less than 30 min, wherein the temperature of the electronic thermostatic chamber is always maintained at 20 DEG C during the measurement process; 3) measuring DC resistance (R) of the sample by means of a four-wire method small-current resistance tester with the measurement precision not lessthan 0.01 milliohm; 4) and calculating the electrical conductivity (rho). The method provided by the invention can conveniently measure the electrical conductivity value of the hot rolled wire rod for a copper-clad steel wire |
