A rotating wheel is arranged on the light detection part. The cam rotates to drive the rotating wheel to rotate.A Z-direction tension spring is arranged between the second Z-axis moving part and the light detection part. The light detection part includes a xenon lamp, an optical base, a detection optical pathand a photomultiplier tube. The photomultiplier tube is arranged on the optical base.
