Sodium alginate printing paste and preparation method thereof

The invention discloses a sodium alginate printing paste and a preparation method thereof. The printing paste includes, by weight, 40-70% of sodium alginate, 20-30% of sodium carboxymethylcellulose, 5-15% of sodium hexametaphosphate, and 5-25% of anhydrous sodium sulfate. The invention also relates to the preparation method of the sodium alginate printing paste, which includes: (1) according to the formula, weighing the sodium alginate, sodium carboxymethylcellulose, sodium hexametaphosphate and anhydrous sodium sulfate respectively; (2) crushing the sodium alginate to 30-40 meshes; (3) fullystirring and mixing the crushed sodium alginate, the sodium hexametaphosphate and the anhydrous sodium sulfate in a blending tank; (4) continuously stirring the mixture for 10-30 min until the components are mixed homogenously, collecting and detecting a sample, and if qualified, delivering the sodium alginate printing paste.
