Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a surface processing method for ceramic oscillators for a 5G communication technology and an application thereof. The method comprises the following steps of: processing a ceramic oscillator before plating, putting the processed ceramic oscillator into a vacuum chamber to carry out vacuum pumping, and filling protective gas into the vacuum chamber when the vacuum degree issmaller than 10-2Pa; forming a single metal layer or an alloy layer on the surface of the ceramic oscillator through a vacuum plating manner to serve as a bottom layer, and thickening the metal on thesurface layer by adoption of a manner of vacuum plate, chemical plating or electroplating; and finally protecting the surface of the ceramic oscillator to prevent oxidation stain, so as to obtain a ceramic oscillator for the 5G communication technology.
