The invention discloses a treatment method for laterite nickel ore leachate residual acid. The method includes the steps of: subjecting laterite nickel ore to acid leaching to obtain leachate; addingmagnesian ore pulp or magnesian ore powder into the leachate for neutralization and acid removal so as to obtain a reacted mixed solution; subjecting the reacted mixed solution to filter pressing, thus realizing separation of the filter residue and filtrate; and returning the filter residue to the leaching section for re-leaching.
