The porcine epizootic diarrhea virus fluorescence LAMP primer groupcontains the following components: 12.5 microliters of 2*reaction liquid, 1.0 microliter of an inner primer FIP, 1.0 microliter of an inner primer BIP, 1.0 microliter of a 20mu mol/L loop primer LF, 1.0 microliter of a 20mu mol/L loop primer LB, 1.0 microliter of a 5mu mol/L outer primer F3, 1.0 microliter of a 5mu mol/L outer primer B3, 0.8 microliter of Bst DNA polymerase, 0.2 microliter of reverse transcriptase and 0.5 microliter of a fluorescent dye.
