Composite barium-based tetraurea lubricating grease and preparation method thereof

The invention provides composite barium-based tetraurea lubricating grease which is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 70-82% of base oil and 18-30% of a thickening agent, wherein the base oil is any one or a mixture of more than two of mineral oil, synthetic oil and vegetable oil; and the thickening agent is prepared from diisocyanate, organic amine, anhydride and barium hydroxide. The invention further provides a preparation method of the lubricating grease. The composite barium-based tetraurea lubricating grease prepared by adopting the method disclosed by theinvention has excellent lubricating property, adhesion property, thermal stability and excellent extreme pressure anti-wear property and water spray resistance.
