According to the tuberculoprotein interacting with the human protein and the application thereof, by utilizing protein-protein interaction experiment based on MTB mycobacterium tuberculosis aptamer-based proteomics arrays, screening and verification are carried out, and tuberculoproteins Rv2423, Rv3241c, Rv3153, Rv0577, Rv2499c and/or Rv2117 interacting with the human proteins are obtained.
