Zusammenfassung:The invention provides a process for treating alkali-minimization wastewater by using a membrane method so as to realize recycling of alkaline liquor and removal of antimony. The process comprises thefollowing steps: feeding alkali-minimization wastewater into a tubular ceramic ultrafiltration membrane filter for filtration so as to obtain a membrane clear solution and a membrane concentrated solution; recycling the membrane clear solution; and then performing subsequent antimony removal operations on the membrane concentrated solution, including adding sulfuric acid to the membrane concentrated solution, adjusting the pH value of the membrane concentrated solution to be less than or equal to 4 so as to allow terephthalic acid to be precipitated, then performing pressure filtration treatment, conveying a supernatant obtained after pressure filtration treatment to an iron-carbon micro-electrolysis reactor for treatment, adding NaOH into the obtained supernatant to adjust a pH value to8-9 so as to form a Fe(OH)
