The invention discloses a graphite die processing system. The graphite die processing system comprises a controller, a stock bin, a manipulator device arranged beside the stock bin and a numerical control milling machine used for processing graphite dies. The stock bin is internally provided with a plurality of feed chutes used for containing fixtures clamping graphite die blanks. The manipulatordevice comprises a manipulator used for clamping the fixtures and a first driving device used for driving the manipulator to move between the stock bin and the numerical control milling machine to pick up and place the fixtures. The numerical control milling machine and the first driving device are both electrically connected with the controller.
