The invention discloses an indoor arm strength and ankle training machine. The machine comprises a base, stand columns, two arm strength training devices and two ankle movable devices, and the two stand columns are vertically fixed to the upper portions of the two sides of the base in parallel; the front side of the upper end of each stand column is provided with a fixed arm. The two arm strengthtraining devices are arranged on the two fixed arms respectively and comprise sliding blocks and handles, the sliding blocks are slidably arranged on the fixed arms, and the rear sides of the slidingblocks are connected with the fixed arms through stretching springs.
