Zusammenfassung: | The present invention discloses a three-flower black tea and a preparation method thereof. The tea is prepared by scenting cape jasmine flowers, jasmine flowers, sweet osmanthus and black tea blank. The flower dosage of the cape jasmine flowers is 200 percent of the weight of the black tea blank, the flower dosage of the jasmine flowers is 180 percent of the weight of the black tea blank, and theflower dosage of the sweet osmanthus is 220 percent of the weight of the black tea blank. The three-flower black tea provided by the invention has the advantages that the dried tea is black bloom in color, has a sweet fragrance similar to that of fruit candies, and has a red and bright soup color; the tea soup has a sweet fragrance when in mouth, and has faint fragrance of jasmine and cape jasminein fine aftertaste; and the aftertaste has a fruit aroma.
