A field portable soil infiltration determining device capable of remote control is disclosed. The device includes an infiltration ring the lower end of the which is provided with a zigzag cutting edgestructure, and the upper end of which is connected to a quick connector male end; a water storage pipe the lower part of which is connected to a quick connector female end and which is detachably connected to the infiltration ring through the quick connector male end and the quick connector female end; a magnetic telescopic water level indicator; and a temperature sensor.
