Zusammenfassung:The invention belongs to the technical field of fruit plantation, and specifically relates to a production method for enhancing functional nutritional components of Shatian pomelos. The technical problem of beneficial element selenium and superoxide dismutase deficiency in Shatian pomelos produced by traditional modes can be solved. The method includes fermenting bacteria liquid by adopting selenium-enriched foliar fertilizer and bacillus subtilis with high superoxide dismutase contents; and performing spraying through crowns to make fruit trees absorb and convert. Selenium content in fruit ofthe Shatian pomelos can reach 85 ug - 108 ug/kg; compared with products produced by traditional production, the organic selenium content of the Shatian pomelos can increase more than 5 times, and thecontent of the superoxide dismutase is 60 IU/g; and the Shatian pomelos are green and natural ecological fruits integrating nutrition and health care.
