Zusammenfassung: | The invention discloses a method for screening specific mycobacterium tuberculosis-targeted human ligand proteins and provides a method for screening human proteins capable of interacting with tuberculosis proteins. The method comprises the following steps of hybridizing a bacterial protein and a secretory protein from mycobacterium tuberculosis with a human protein chip separately and determiningthe human proteins capable of interacting with the bacterial protein and/or the secretory protein according to the hybridization result. According to the method, the bacterial protein and the secretory protein from the mycobacterium tuberculosis are extracted and are further hybridized with the HuProt human protein chip to obtain specific human proteins, namely 84 human proteins capable of interacting with the tuberculosis proteins, and these specific human proteins can be applied to diagnosis and treatment of tuberculosis.
