Zusammenfassung:The invention belongs to the technical field of electrochemical sensors and displays a sulfonated graphene supported palladium based dopamine sensor, preparation and application thereof. The sensor iscomposed of a reference electrode, a counter electrode and a modified working electrode; the modified working electrode is composed of a working electrode and a substance identification film solidified on the surface of the working electrode; the substance identification film is mainly made of a sulfonated graphene supported palladium composite material and perfluorinated sulphonate resin. The sensor has good selectivity, good reproducibility, good stability and good electrode catalytic performance, can detect dopamine precisely and has strong anti-jamming capability; meanwhile, the sensor has a relatively wide detection range and relatively low detection limitation.
